Lady Gaga arrived at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas moments ago for her performance at tonight’s iHeartRadio music festival. “I designed the stage especially for this one performance and I put a lot of time and thought into it. When you see what I’ve built it will be really exciting,” Gaga told Ryan Seacrest earlier this week. “I know I’m only supposed to play really for 45 minutes but, because I’m the last act, I think I might play for a bit longer. I’m going to make everyone scream their heads off.”
