Lady Gaga was spotted out in New York City, 1st August, while filming an ad spot for the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards. Dressed in purple lace, Gaga filmed the ad with many of her friends including Justin Tranter of Semi Precious Weapons and The Dirty Pearls. Check out the images here.
