Perez Hilton Thinks Lady Gaga Come out on Top in 2011

During a recent interview, Perez Hilton told MTV that he is confident that his friend, Lady Gaga, will come out on top in 2011 and she will do better than Britney Spears (who is also releasing a new album this year).
