This year’s MTV Europe Music Awards nominations are in and Lady Gaga leads the pack with six nods, followed closely by Katy Perry and Bruno Mars with four. Gaga is up for Best Pop, Best Female and Best Live act while her multi-platinum single “Born This Way” is nominated for Best Song and Best Video. The singer’s devoted fan base scored her an extra nod in the brand new Biggest Fans category.
Starting Monday, September 19th fans can vote for their favorite EMA artists on the event’s official website.
The 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards will air live from Belfast’s Odyssey Arena on Sunday, November 6th. The show will be available to a potential viewing audience of more than 1.2 billion people via MTV’s global network of more than sixty channels.
