Lady Gaga will appear on American Idol next week to mentor the remaining four finalists, it has been announced. The singer will join her record label boss Jimmy Iovine in guiding the contestants before their live performances Wednesday night. Later this month, Gaga herself will take the Idol stage to perform a song from her upcoming album Born This Way, in stores May 23rd.
