Lady Gaga comes in at number 6 on Billboard’s Top 25 Music Moments of 2010 list. Check out what they have to say below:
Two words: meat dress. Whether Lady Gaga’s MTV VMA wardrobe was a shock tactic, an incisive political statement or just a highly questionable fashion choice is still up for debate, but bold and controversial moves are exactly what kept this pop star at the tip of everyone’s tongue this year. Well, that and her music. Her two albums “The Fame” and “The Fame Monster” rank at Nos. 4 and 13, respectively, on the year-end Top Billboard 200 Albums tally, and four singles from those albums appear on the Hot 100 Songs roundup, led by “Bad Romance” at No. 8. Her Monster Ball tour, meanwhile, was the fourth highest-grossing trek of the year, earning $116 million over an incredible 122 shows. Suffice to say it was impossible to miss Gaga in 2010, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
